If you are having trouble with an animal at large, you can either call 911 or come to the police department and fill out a formal complaint about your problem.
At that time an officer will attempt to locate the owner of the animal and advise them of the problem or issue a citation.
You can simply call 911 (229-868-7833 non-emergency number) and request that an Officer come to where you are. Or if you prefer you can come to the Police Department and an Officer will meet with you.
