American Flag Display Program

In 2016, the McRae Lions Club approached the McRae-Helena Firefighters Association about taking over responsibility for the American Flag program. It is our honor to be a part of this endeavor and strive to carry out this important patriotic program with integrity and dignity. 

Flags are placed throughout town on seven holidays with a total of approximately 25 days. If you would like a flag to be placed at your residence or business, please contact the McRae-Helena Fire Department at 229-868-2082. This program is a cost of $25 per year. These funds ensure the continuation of the American Flag program and assist the volunteer firefighting association.
