Janeen Tokar
Janeen Tokar serves as the Councilmember for Ward 1 Post 1 and is the Mayor Pro Tem. She has 24 years of government experience having served as the Assistant City Clerk, City Clerk, and City Manager of the former City of Helena and as a councilmember of McRae-Helena.
She is the Council liaison for the Administration department.
